Terms & Conditions

Provider and scope
Services are provided by Osaühing RIDGI (registry code 16722675) under the Baltic Cleaning Company brand. Contact: info@balticcleaning.ee, +372 5555 0894, Kanarbiku, Tallinn, Estonia. These terms apply to cleaning services in Tallinn and the areas we serve.
Request and confirmation
A website submission is a request for a booking, not a paid order or an automatically concluded contract. The date, time, scope and final price become binding only after confirmation with you by the company. The calculator provides an estimate. If the actual scope objectively differs from the information supplied, we will inform you of the revised price before work starts and obtain your agreement.
Payment
There is no prepayment, deposit or online payment. The website does not process card details. Payment is due only after the cleaning service has been completed, in accordance with the confirmed booking and the purchase document or invoice provided.
Your responsibilities
You must provide access to the property at the agreed time and, where needed for the service, water and electricity. Please tell us about pets, special conditions, unusually difficult soiling and any potentially hazardous or biological contamination. Ordinary cleaning does not include handling hazardous substances or biological contamination unless separately agreed. Valuable and fragile items should, where possible, be secured or their location communicated to us.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please let us know about cancellation or a change to a confirmed appointment at least 24 hours in advance where possible, by email or telephone. No fixed cancellation, late-cancellation, no-access or rescheduling fees apply. Please notify us as early as possible so we can release or rearrange the appointment.
Liability and complaints
We provide services with reasonable care and do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Please notify us of any damage or service issue as soon as possible at info@balticcleaning.ee, with a description and photographs where available. We respond to a written complaint within 15 days. If no agreement is reached, an eligible consumer may apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee or a court.
Withdrawal
A website request is not itself a contract or payment. If a distance service contract is subsequently concluded, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies where no exception applies. If you ask for the service to start before that period ends, we will obtain a separate express request before performance starts and the required acknowledgement of the consequences once the service has been fully performed.
Final provisions
Estonian law applies. In the event of force majeure, the parties will inform each other and, where possible, agree a new appointment. These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights.
