Data we process

When you send a cleaning request or contact form, we process your name, telephone number, email address and comment. A calculator request may also contain property area, number of rooms, cleaning type, team size, extras, level of soiling, preferred date and time, and estimated cost. The website has no customer registration, user accounts or customer passwords.

Purposes and legal bases

We use this information to handle your request, take steps before a contract, perform a confirmed service, communicate with you and send confirmations. Where necessary, we process data to comply with legal duties and under our legitimate interests in security, service quality and resolving claims. We do not send marketing messages unless you have separately opted in.

Photos and videos

After submitting a request, you may voluntarily send photographs or video of the property by email, WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram. They are not required for a booking. We use them only to clarify the scope and level of soiling, and keep them only as long as necessary for the request, service or claim.

Service providers and transfers

Our hosting provider, WordPress website software, Zoho Mail and Telegram for internal order notifications may process data on our behalf or in the course of providing their services. When you use WhatsApp or Viber, you voluntarily send material through that provider. The website currently does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising or analytics trackers. Some providers may use infrastructure outside the EEA; where required, appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses are used.

Retention

We keep request data only for as long as needed to handle the request, provide the service, resolve possible claims or meet legal obligations. We then securely delete or anonymise it. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing and, where applicable, data portability.
