Move-in / move-out cleaning is suitable before handing an apartment or house over to an owner, landlord, buyer or new resident. The aim is to make a vacated space thoroughly clean before handover or moving in.

- cleaning mirrors and interior glass surfaces, excluding windows;
- cleaning doors, door frames, handles and skirting boards;
- cleaning exterior pipe and radiator surfaces;
- cleaning switches, accessible sockets and light fittings;
- removal of light marks from walls;
- deep cleaning of the bathroom and toilet;
- removal of ordinary limescale and mineral deposits;
- thorough cleaning of sanitary ware, taps and the kitchen;
- cleaning exterior kitchen furniture and appliance surfaces;
- cleaning empty cupboards and drawers inside and out;
- vacuum dry-cleaning of accessible upholstered furniture surfaces if furniture remains in the property;
- preparing the space for handover or moving in.
