Post-renovation cleaning is designed to remove construction dust and ordinary traces of renovation work. We clean the space thoroughly and prepare it for normal use or moving in.
What is included
- collection of small construction debris;
- thorough removal of construction dust;
- dry and wet cleaning of floors;
- dust removal from accessible surfaces;
- cleaning doors, door frames, skirting boards, exterior pipe and radiator surfaces;
- cleaning switches, accessible sockets and light fittings;
- cleaning mirrors and interior glass surfaces, excluding windows;
- removal of light traces of building materials;
- removal of construction dust from walls and other accessible surfaces;
- deep cleaning of the bathroom and toilet;
- cleaning tiles, sanitary ware and taps;
- removal of ordinary limescale and mineral deposits;
- cleaning exterior kitchen furniture and appliance surfaces.
Separately or by agreement
Complex construction residue, including cement, expanding foam, strong adhesive, construction or oil paint, as well as large construction debris, may require a separate assessment.
